The Boilermaker?program will train you to build, erect, repair, test and maintain all types of boilers, tanks and pressure vessels, as well as perform all types of structural and plate work on dust, air, gas, steam, oil, water and other liquid-tight containers.
Students will gain a good understanding of the complexities and engineering involved in manufacturing, installing and maintaining high pressure boilers, heat exchangers, processing equipment and pollution control devices for gas plants, power plants, pulp and paper plants and other industries that rely on boilermakers to build and maintain their equipment.

Boilermakers are employed in metal fabricating, construction, shipbuilding, rail transport, petroleum and coal products, electric power, iron and steel, and oil and gas.
Graduates from this program have become industry leaders with job titles such as president, superintendent, general foreman and foreman.
